Organic Dice Class Action Lawsuit

I've not seen many class action lawsuits against casinos so I thought this was interesting...

"If you played electronic craps on the Interblock Organic Dice gaming machine at Isle of Capri's Pompano Park Casino in Pompano Beach, Florida between July 18, 2015 and January 22, 2017, you may qualify for benefits from a class action settlement."

Wonder how much the settlement is, didn't find anything about it. These class action suit are so terrible, sometimes wonder if companies get a friend to be the first to sue, so they can be sure it's at a big discount, assuming they won't allow another separate class action suit.

They want to only include people who used players cards at the casino, quite a discount on what's owed without having to pay any kind of punitive damages, which are probably capped anyways or not applicable because of "reforms".

I don't know the total award either. Maybe it's not final?

The Court has set a hearing for February 13, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) to decide whether the Settlement should be approved.

I'm sympathetic to the plaintiffs on this one. I've joined class action lawsuits like this late in the game and don't think I've ever collected over $1. You have to get in before the cattle call to get a decent check.
