Advance lay bet mathematics

I was unable to find this information anywhere, but I am looking for the house edge on lay bet for the 4/10, 5/9, 6/8, when commission is taken on WIN ONLY.

I see that Wikipedia has it at:

2.44% edge when laying the 4/10 (commission taken regardless)
3.23% edge when laying the 5/9 (commission taken regardless)
4.00% edge when laying 6/8 (commission taken regardless)

What is house edge when commission is only taken on win?

4/10: you're betting $200 to win $95. You lose $10 in EV per 3 bets, or $10/$600. HE = 1/60 = 1.66%

5/9: $150 to win $95. 6 ways to win and 4 ways to lose. Or 3 to 2. Lose $15 over 5 spins or $150 for $750 in action. $15/$750 = HE = 2%

6/8: $120 to win $95. 6 win 5 lose. Lose $30 in EV over 11x$120 bets or $30/$1320 = HE = 2.2727%

Is there any rounding here? Just to confirm the numbers are slightly different from Buy Bet HE when taken only on the win at 4/10 1.67%, 5/9 1.96%. 6/8 2.22%. I notice this number are extremely similar, but not the same, is that due to rounding or is it just slightly different?
