Casinos in Colorado and few other areas I have heard about have a policy of dealers keeping their own tips. On blackjack and other games this is self explanatory, but I was wondering how this works on a craps game with a three person crew.

Others may have better info, but I recall playing at Binion's back when the dealers used to go for their own tips (and back when it was called 'Binion's'). There was a 4-man crew -- 2 base, 1 stick, & 1 breaker (who would rotate through all three dealer positions 20 min at a time to give them all a break). As I remember, one of the crew would collect all the tips (in his shirt pocket, no less). I assumed the crew divided up the tips (equally?) at the end of their shift.
