I started playing Craps recently and began to do some research on betting strategies. Once you bet the Come, and lets say the next roll is a 6, and the dealer moves my Come bet to the 6 - how much can i put as an odds bet for the 6? Is it the same amount as you would put on a Pass line bet? Also, do all casinos advertise what the max odds bet are? Thanks!

Yes, you are correct. The COME bet is essentially the same as a PASS LINE bet, and the max odds you can place will be the same. The odds will vary from casino to casino, but most all of them have their odds written on a sign somewhere on the table... "2x3x4 odds" or "10x odds", etc.
Feel free to check out the Wizards Page on Craps, as it contains a lot of great information for any beginner: https://wizardofodds.com/games/craps/
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I couldn't find a photo online when you asked this question, so I took a photo a few days ago at Excalibur. The placard listing the minimum and maximum bet amounts as well as the maximum odds is posted on the inside wall of the craps table on both sides of the bank.
