CRAPS in the "Real world"

In Martin1024's thread "Weird (dumb) question about odds" there seems to be a lot of discussiong about which makes more sense - Come bets or combination Place bets, or maybe even a Place 6 and box cars ... everybody has an opinion and seems to want to prove it with their version of math.

But what about the HUGE number of craps players out there (that are not part of the overly intellectual and out spoken croud that resides in this forum) ... the average Joe(sette).

When visiting a craps table in the real world, not just Vegas, what percentage of the players would you say are placing wagers on the following bets. (Not what you think they shoud be betting, but what ARE they betting).

Just looking at Right side betters:

a) Pass bet (without Come bets and with very minimal Place bets)
b) Come bets in addition to a Pass bet
c) Pass bet with medium to heavy amounts of Place bets
d) Place bets only (add me into this percentage - not a Pass or Come better)

other percentages I'm curious to see what people think:

e) C & E bet
f) Hardways bets
g) Prop bets (any of the single roll bets)
h) Dark side players % vs i) Right side players % (these 2 percentages should equal 100%)

I'm not sure if a lot of the people on this site are in touch with the "general public" that plays craps (from the newbies, collage gang on spring break, players who aren't concerned about a difference in -ev of 0.5 for one bet vs another bet (as many discussions here go into - even less than 0.5 difference), those that don't even know what -ev is, etc ...

Why would you care about how the world plays craps? Have you seen the obscene profits the casinos make at this game? With all the punters setting the dice the hold is NOT going down. So what REALLY makes more sense?

So trying to reinvent the wheel? I say we come up with "West Virginia Craps" Watch out for the Shocker!
