As a self-proclaimed "sharpshooter" you obviously feel you have developed a true edge over the casinos at craps; otherwise you'd call yourself a "random roller."
So, you're the one Aaron has been looking for at goodshooter.com: a dice setter who is not afraid to toot his own horn and demonstrate his prowess over the bones to the curious public.
You're the Savior, the Guy Who Can Get It Done.
You should show us all your sharpshooting skills on Aaron's in home craps table; let him use his cameras and computers to video your shot and then analyze it in slo-mo.
We'll watch you shoot and marvel how the dice stay siamesed together and maintain perfect symmetry as they lightly waft through the air and come to an immediate stop.
Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
The world is your oyster: now go seize it!

There is a group of casino dealers from the Rifle and Gun Club that meet out in the desert. If you are a noisy No-Tipper, particularly if you urge others at the table not to tip either, the members will invite you out to the desert for a little fun. If you a one of those noisy and slow dice setters then you will always be welcome out in the desert.

Do the dealers have a point system involving merit badges or is it strictly a social thing?

OK, enough toying with you.
No, there is no such "community" here.
Dice setters are deemed curious creatures on this board, gamblers who prioritize superstition over math.
Check some of the dice setting boards, e.g. axispowercraps.com.
They might provide constructive information for you on the subject.

Try Crapsforum.com or Procraps 4u2 or the clickable link poster's have provided for you.
Craps enthusiasts can be a lone wolf type of persona not really interested in outing themselves but what you seek is out there.
Also, there are several dice schools in town where the type of players you seek congregate.
Wov, is more of a math centric group type approach to ap gaming.
Good luck
