e-Craps: Anyone have this happen to them?

i'm on a hot streak. have $ on 4+ numbers w/max odds and i'm pressing.
hit the point, then a 7 on the passline roll. I get back my odds but then the machine gets screwy.
the 1st time the machine locks up and needs an attendant to reboot it. of course 3+ #s hit in the meantime.
2nd time the touchscreen goes mad. I try to place a passline bet and and it puts $ at random places. I try to remove the bet but couldn't, as if I'm pressing at a different spot on the screen.
funny that it worked fine seconds ago when I did a Come bet.
this is on 2 different machines.
conspiracy theory:
the people monitoring the game sees me on a winning streak and decides to slow me down by 'breaking' the machine i'm on.

I think so, but ...
press-screen electronics can just be bad news. I have a stove range with "buttons" that actually are not buttons but sensors. It has definitely threatened to go screwy and I probably am just waiting for that to happen.
Give me the old appliances without the wizardry any day.

I have been the SME for testing touch-screen interfaces at the manufacturer/software designer level for ATC purposes. They are (at least in previous years) notoriously unreliable and finicky, have to be individually mapped to the screen by software adjustment, and frequently go on the fritz based on power surges, liquids used to clean the screen, ambient temperature, plug n play disassociations when servicing other components, and a dozen other factors. I think you were a victim of sub-optimal physical conditions on the machine.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
