I saw this Craps Table layout on EBay.
On the Don't Come, it doesn't pay on the Three, instead of the Two or Twelve.
How does that change the odds for the house?

It's a High House Edge layout.
All the hardways pay 6:1 (which is 7 For 1), and pushing the 3 instead of 12 makes the don't side house edge ~4.2% instead of 1.4%.
There are no one roll bets for 2, 3, and 12 broken out, instead it has an any craps bets paying at 6:1 instead of 7:1 (7 For 1 instead of 8 for 1).
The field bet offers no bonuses on 2 or 12.
No one would play it. might make for a practice layout, but then you'd have to re-learn the proper payouts.
Don't buy it.

That's ludicrous.

I also note the "Over 7" and "Under 7" betting areas. No odds posted though.
How is one supposed to use it in their home? Do you lay it out on your dining table?

Pays even money, 7 or other side (high when betting low) loses. Huge house edge.

You make a table top with particle board, and a perimeter edge with alligator rubber, and put it on a pool table.

Aye:
Yes, you would put it on your dining room table. I have a "standard" 8 foot felt at home to have fun with. We lay it out on the dining room table. Built a "back board" for the dice to bounce off. Fits on a bookshelf when not in use.
I would like to buy a "tub" 7-8 footer with a single dealer layout. I just scope out EBay occasionally.
Saw this layout, and thought "WTF?"
You see some older felts without the 2 and 12 being doubled in the field, but this one is out there.

Seems to have been doctored, as the one at WizardofOdds.com is still the same as I remember it.
