This bet has a tiny house edge and considering the amount of work it would be for the stickman, it's probably DOA but I'll put it out there anyway.
The bettor places a bet where the next four throws do not produce a seven. Pays even money.

I kinda figured it was too simple for someone else not to have thought of it. Back to the old drawing board.
