GSN's website offers a game called "Triple Action Blackjack" with the following rules:
Dealer stands on all 17s
Surrender is offered, but not against an Ace
European rules are used; but the player loses any double down or split
Split Aces only get one card each
No resplit on any split.
You can play up to 3 hands, but may only take insurance on one of them.
While I doubt this rule package is used in any actual casino, I was curious as to if anyone would ever bother with such a game. The rules state it uses "one or more decks". How incredibly vague.
