I think it is irrelevant unless you are counting cards and want to see a high count.

I will also add the "cut-card effect" is about 2/3 of the difference between House Advantages. This means if a game dealt from a CSM shuffled every round is 0.30% and the cut card with optimal basic strategy is 0.33%, then the House Advantage with just the cut-card effect is 0.32%.
Some people need to reimagine their thinking.
