ENHC 3 cards 16 vs 10

The old question again. From your site wizardofodds I learn that standing on a multiple card 16 Vs. a dealer's 10 in a multiple deck (4 or more decks) blackjack game is the marginally better play. How about ENHC blackjack? is standing still the better play?
