Any changes to BS when playing on CSM vs a shoe game (assuming not counting).

Don't think so. You are actually at a slight advantage (less of a disadvantage) compared to the shoe game, on a per-hand basis. They just deal more hands with the CSM, so you tend to lose more per hour. I guess your strategy change might be to dawdle over your cards a bit to try to slow the game down, but they might not appreciate that.

Your strategy will be to not even consider counting, because all a CSM does is make a game uncountable.

No. Machine or no machine basic strategy remains exactly the same. Most CSMs tend to be H17 these days. For that game there will be basic strategy changes from S17, some of which will seem counter intuitive.

I know. What I meant is strategy changes vs 6 deck shoe (If I'm not counting the shoe).

I thought it actually speeded up the game.
