I'm assuming, though I could be wrong, that there are some basic strategy changes when you have the option to double down on three cards. My main concern is the soft hands, especially soft 13 and 14. Does anybody know if there's any basic strategy changes?

This is basically strategy for SuperFun-21.
soft-13 and soft-14 always hot only.

Double a 9, 10 or 11 hand against a dealer's 4, 5 or 6.
Double Soft-16 against a 5 or 6.
Double 10 against 9 or less.
Always double 11.
Double Soft-17 against a 4, 5 or 6.
Double soft-18 against a 3,4,5, or 6.
Double soft-19 against a dealer's 6 only.
This info is at BS for SF-21

Using the infinite-deck model, I find only a few changes in basic strategy for an otherwise normal H17 game if 3-card doubling is allowed; don't double these 2-card hands: 9 vs 3, soft 13 vs 5 or 6, soft 14 vs 5, and soft 15 vs 4.

By the way, is doubling on more than three cards allowed in this game?

No, just two or three cards.
