Where is the best gym on the strip w/ no fee?
Not looking for anything fancy, just some treadmills and a few weights

Every hotel on the strip will have a fitness room with a treadmill and a few weights.
Most MGM properties will have the fitness room use included in the resort fee.
Other properties can get expensive. For example, the Cosmopolitan charges $18 for use of their fitness facilities. Harrah's properties will be around $20 for spa and fitness room use.
I'll say that I was pleasantly surprised that the Luxor room had a squat rack with a barbell (not a Smith machine abomination usually seen in hotel gyms).
