The last SD 3:2 game on the Strip

I know single deck 3:2 games on the Las Vegas Strip are gone and not very likely to return. But I'm curious about the last 3:2 game there. What casino had it, for what limits, and when did it die off? No, I don't know the answer to this one, so I would appreciate any help that anyone could give to me.
