As my monte-carlo dealing career progresses I have been asked to help train a batch of dealers for a gig this friday, something I enjoy doing. Being that these people are being trained to work one night only (they are renting our equipment and the "pros" are working craps/roulette) I kind of want to make a little 10-step (or so) study guide for them. I don't need a casino-grade guide explaining things like riffle procedures, but something simple that will get a person who has played dealing with say 2 hours of tell/show/practice type training. While I can make one up I was wondering if anyone can point to anything online that could be modified or used as a guide.

My thought is 10 steps is the max a beginner can handle. I don't even know how many people in the crew I am getting know how to play, so KISS is important.

Keep it simple.
Large type.
Something they can refer to in a pinch if they really need to.
Good Luck
