When it says "Pays 2 for 1" it means pays even money. I'm not having it with those machines anymore.

I get a house edge of 2.53%, or an RTP of 97.47%.
I might have miscalculated any surrender option.

A lot of these machines I've seen are multi-denomination, and higher denominations may have better rules.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Looks like a pretty standard IGT video BJ game. The only unusual thing I notice is that it is using two decks of cards.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Did you really calculate the "dealer stand on 6 cards or less" rule? That means sometimes dealer gets a stiff hand (16 or less).
So many better men, a few of them friends, are dead. And a thousand thousand slimy things live on, and so do I.

Oh fiddlesticks.
I misread that line.
None of my usual calculators handle a special dealer 6 card hand and my library is 3 states away.

Still, I think it's comparable with 6/5 JoB where 4ok pays 175/5 (35/1) - which is not great. (I'd play the Jacks game instead, and I hate Jacks.)
May the cards fall in your favor.

Does this blackjack machine allow doubling-down, splitting, or surrender?

These rules are misleading advertisements. They are not for the game of Blackjack. This game is even worse than the so-called 6:5 blackjack game.
