infinite deck only 1 split table/odds

Hello,
I'm new here, i'm playing online casino on which you can only split once.
I found article "Expected Returns in Infinite-Deck Blackjack" but it says "split up to three times except for aces" so this is the difference with casinos i'm playing on.
Does anyone have odds/table for this rules ?
