Hello, does anybody have experience with this model of csm? Its very common in Europe. Im trying to figure out if my local uses fair random shuffle because ive seen a lot of small cards clumping. Did anybody have their hands on this csm? Thank you for any response.

Sorry I do not have experience with that specific model. That being said, wouldn't small card clumping be good because it would mean a rather juicy + count on the non small clump rounds?
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

It’s my understanding that small card clumping favors the dealer as they are less likely to bust on bust cards.

It depends what your goal is. If you want to learn the algorithms, it’s best to buy one yourself, or rent it for a month.

If you suspect the casino of dishonest play, then this is also possible; I myself have seen several types of CSMs in which dishonest play systems were integrated.

the fairest of "digitial" algorithms in the land goes as such :

take the deck you want to shuffle

create an imaginary new deck that is going to be shuffled next to your unshuffled deck

for each card in the unshuffled deck:

* pick a random position and pick that card

* place that chosen card in the position you chose into your new pile of cards

repeat the last two steps until you have a "shuffled" deck
