Most likely you'll lose $25,000 first.

Positive doesn't matter. Lucky Ladies is one of the worst bets in the casino. Chances are you will lose your butt in the long run.

OK. Thanks. So, what’s the best bet in blackjack?
Where permitted, I believe it is doubling behind on someone else's 6, 5 hand against a dealer 5 where they can't afford to or don't wish to.Quote: Tweekend52OK. Thanks. So, what’s the best bet in blackjack?
Unsure of the actual rules, but I've seen doubling someone else's hand in a UK casino.

If you are looking to lose the least amount of money playing blackjack long term, you should just play with no side bets. If you enjoy side bets and want to play them, right down or remember all the side bets available at the casino(s) you go to and then compare the house edges here... Wizard of Odds Side Bet Page
"Push your Luck", aka "Tie Bet", is a good one if you can find it. It has a house advantage of less than 1%, as compared to the 17% or worse you are facing in your version of Lucky Ladies.

#1] we never know who is spoofing us
#2] some posters like what I would call "cheer-leading" . "I won, give me a cheer"! So you are either #1 or #2
#3] If you are the second type, you were rewarded with a bit of that 'hooray for you', and it was fairly sincere I think. However, nobody is going to keep cheering on even if the next story is that you got kicked out of the casino for making too much money
#4] most important, this site is about smart gambling, and your thread is not. You are demonstrating that you do not care that the bet you are celebrating is actually a sucker bet. Eventually you would realize that this site is not about cheer-leading and leave here, so the people who have quit cheering and are now taking pot shots are doing you a big favor.

I actually think the other way around. For side bets, it is not all about the house edge, and it is also about the hit frequency and availability for you. The hit frequency of “Push your luck” is less than 9%, whereas that of “lucky ladies” is more than 10%. Also, “push your luck” is rarely seen seen in casino. No way can you count it if you don’t have it available for you.

All good, man! I can take it. I’m fairly new to Blackjack. So, me winning twice in a week, to me, is pretty damn cool.
I wasn’t looking for a “pat on the back”
Have a great day!
