Theoretical Rule House Edge Question

After this kept happening to me and a friend at the Casino, we were wondering what the house edge of a blackjack game would be where if the player has a 12 and then hits and receives a 10 value card, he wins. (instead of busting)

Current Rules: 6 deck game, S17, DAS: Yes, Double on 9-11, split to 2 hands, can't hit split aces, OBO, no surrender 3:2. House edge: 0.552%
