how do u avoid losing your cool with the idiots playing at your table, especially the drunks?

i dont have the roll for live tables especially not as poor as vegas is for good BJ at the low stakes with 3-2 payouts without using CSM's. theres plenty of better cities. so im out here in hoover dam lodge on the Video BJ. the ONLY good one left which doesnt shuffle every hand $1 minimum instead of $5 and shows u when they shuffle. plus the random bonuses which pop up add like 0.5% using your slot card. so its better for me than live tables. i wouldve gone to deadwood but i cannot get my contacts up there to verify for me if their new dealers angels machine in the gold dust likewise shows when it shuffles. its NOT the type of question u would wish to draw managements attention to over the telephone.

so im stuck over $1000 and waiting for another good running count of plus 10 or so (shuffles every 80 cards out of 4 decks at only 38%) so i can bet really huge and hopefully recover some losses, or else ill give it up and go play live poker, where most of my income comes from, more so than BJ.

the reason ive been losing is i cant ever get all 5 spots to myself, except for like 2am to 9am. but its sure a lot more empty here than in vegas, kind of like the old river palms in laughlin, where my friend Cutter (Jason) used to like to go. i keep waiting for it to empty out. sure u can back bet others but not if they play stupidly. and u know it 95% of them do.

which is why the BJ games in vegas are so poor. Poor games wouldnt be offered if the players wouldnt sit in them. if no one played sucker slots, those wouldnt be offered either, and VP paytables would be better. no more annoying side bets which slow the live games down either, if no one bet them.

now ive hated drunks my whole life. my father used to drink and he beat my mom when he did, and mom taught me never to she was a christian, and i never have and im 48 now. they laugh when losing at BJ, even more so than when theyre winning and they laugh when i lose due to the dealer drawing 21 too. and this idiot is misplaying every hand and seriously misplaying, doubling on 12, hitting 15 against 5, etc. standing 77 against 3.

and every time i see a BJ, either him or the other guy gets it. of course they would rather they get it, theyre only betting $1. and some of my bets, (not all of course, usually the count is negative) but some were 2 spots of $100. and the sad thing is theyre such stupid idiots u cant even back bet them to take advantage of the wonderful luck theyre having getting dealt such better hands than u are. which is why i would prefer to play here with other pros. and then he says how much better the game is with more people? little does he know.

who told you that it is better to play 5 spots?

Before you waste time responding, keep in mind that this poster has a habit of posting rants like this when he loses money. He's not interested in advice, it's doubtful he'll come back to this thread at all.

Given the poor penetration it seems like you would be better of at $5 minimum tables, especially if your max bet is $100. Anyway, playing with other people can be frustrating, which is why it is best to play alone. But it sounds like you are pretty tilted; perhaps reading 'The Mental Game of Poker' will enable you to more productively deal with your tilt.

You referring to a large digitized dealer and five play spots. You can get rid of those other players by trying to pick up that digital, slightly Asian dealer. Carrying on some sexual banter with a digitized image gets rid of them everytime.

correct, when i left this morning, i was back to being up over $400 instead of down. plus $91 in free play from my points. the points make it better than playing a live table.
