What's with this huge ad on bjinfo.com?

Anyone know how to get rid of this ad below that covers 90% of the page? This is on android mobile and I have pop ups blocked already. There is no place on it to click and close the ad. This started about a month ago.

Looks like a question better asked on that forum instead of this one. In portrait orientation, it only covers ~ half the image, so you probably can get the question posted. Not familiar with that site, but do they have private messages and admins that you could ask directly?
