What's 1st card 10 worth if anything?

We know what the first card of Ace dealt to a player is worth in BJ. What is the first card being a 10 worth to the player if anything in a Double Deck game say... off the top. Is the 10 too general of a card to come to a conclusion about an advantage? There was a misdeal that happened for the better recently.
