Uncertain if my TR card is flagged

I was backed off a non-Vegas CET property with some careless play a while ago. While I've been going exclusively unrated in Vegas, I thought I'd give the card a shot to be sure.
I tried multiple pits in two of the big name CET properties. They swiped my card, pressed a few buttons, and that was that. No extra heat, no phonecalls. I thought I saw a popup with red text on the screen once, but I couldn't read what it was. In any case, there was no noticible reaction from the pit bosses.
What would be the expected reaction when they scan a card that has been flagged? Does security make the call here, or will they normally back you off on the spot? Is it reasonable safe for me to assume that my card is still somehow fine?
(I was also playing with just reds to test this out, so maybe they didnt even care.)
