5+ months isn't long enough. Perhaps if this continues for another 17 years, they will be blacklisted.

Think the affiliate fees are 5 months late ? ? ?
Months and headaches later, I'm still happy to report that the casino at least did the right thing and gave me a refund, directly back to the card I deposited with (so I didn't have to go through the complete BS withdraw stalling tactics). I really didn't expect them to actually refund and expected them to keep stalling, but someone of intelligence must have read my email about expecting them to stall and that I wouldn't play another penny until perhaps my faith was restored, etc. After that e-mail I got the message 5 days ago about my refund going to my card, and here we are 5 days later with the refund cleared and in my account.
Thank you to the Wizard for fighting on our behalf. I know this has been a headache for him too, but I appreciate his help and hope everyone else can find a resolution as well.
Quote: DeucekiesYesterday I got an email from Mission2Game staying that my $200 deposit had been refunded to my account if I wanted to play again, and to email them back if I wanted it refunded to my card. I emailed back asking for the refund, and today I got a reply saying the refund has happened, and to wait 2-30 days for it to go through.
I'll report back when the refund is complete.
My money was refunded today. Thanks again, Wizard, for all you've done. I'm glad to have my money back, and even more glad it wasn't out of your pocket.
I'm not even going to bother asking for it to be added to my CC. I'm going to ask if I can use it for a VP bonus and then pump it up or go bust.Quote: beachbumbabsNo refund for me yet. Just reporting in since Romes did.
I hope you do pump it up, but then have fun playing for the next 3 years in order to "play off" the bonus =/. Their play requirements are pretty ridiculously high.Quote: AxelWolfI'm not even going to bother asking for it to be added to my CC. You're welcome! I'm glad at least these refunds have been processed. This comes after months of Emailing back and forth. Not to mention Skype calls and a recent meeting in person in Berlin at an affiliate show there.
Personally, I will keep playing with my funds to try to make sure everything is kosher.
I think it is worth noting that when you click through a Wizard affiliate link we really do fight hard for you if there is any dispute.
Quote: teddysI have been more than impressed with the Wizard's services. I would never gamble online without the Wizard's protection. The two problems I've had so far were completely resolved to my satisfaction.
Thanks Teddy! Can we quote you on that?
Quote: beachbumbabsI received my full refund. It showed up in an odd way on my account, without attribution to a merchant, but it has to be the reimbursement from M2G. So thank you, Mike, for the hard work.
You're welcome. Glad to hear it.
Sorry, I am claiming full ownership of all my posts on this board. I feel I add so much value as a poster I deserve to be compensated for my contributions. Expect a letter from my legal team shortly.Quote: WizardThanks Teddy! Can we quote you on that?
Just kidding. You can use the quote.
When Wizard makes a promise, he keeps it. He provides a sense of credibility and honesty to an industry that needs it. I feel confident playing with the Wizard's guarantee.
On all games or just table games? I haven't really had time to look and see what they offer. I'm in no rush perhaps they will come up with a deal I cant refuse. I hope they don't have that dumb rule about inactive accounts we steal your money rule.Quote: RomesI hope you do pump it up, but then have fun playing for the next 3 years in order to "play off" the bonus =/. Thank you for the kind words and permission to quote!
Their blackjack is like play a billion hands release 1 dollar, but yes their VP/Slots is a bit better, though I don't recall exactly I do remember looking them up and not being excited about their play through rates either. I think it was better than table games, but hell, if it's half a billion hands for $1 then it's still no good =p.Quote: AxelWolfOn all games or just table games? The only two issues I've had online thankfully I went through The Wizards affiliate links. The Wizard fought on my behalf and got player friendly resolutions to both of my issues. If I play online again, it will most definitely be with the Wizards protection!
Quote: teddysI received a full refund yesterday to my credit card(s). Thanks, Wiz!
You're welcome!
BTW, they changed their blackjack rules to have a 0.25% house advantage. This was mainly achieved by removing the surrender rule and restricting doubling to two cards and 9-11 only.
