what are the odds of being dealt two aces as your first two cards?

You didn't mention how many players are on the table, if dealers is holding an ace also etc. all this variables change the probabities

But roughly its (1/13)^2 = 0.5917%

An accurate number would need much more math

If you ask the odds of the first two cards dealt being aces indepent to whom, it is easier 5 decks means 20 aces and 260 cards

20/260 * 19/259 = 0.5643%

That's irrelevant to anything, you don't know what the dealer is going to get prior to the cards being dealt, either, so the probability of getting dealt two Aces is the same for everyone.

And, there it is. There's no EoR off the top of a fresh deck because you don't know what cards are being removed and to whom.
