How to calculate risk of ruin based on hours?

My friend and I are going to team play a Lucky Lucky side bet on a 6 deck table, we are planing on playing 2 spots each so 4 spots total. Assuming we are the only players at a table and we play for 8 hours, how do I go about calculating a our ROR? Zen count will be used for the main count, and (-1,1,1,0,0,-1,-2,-2,0,1) will be used for Lucky Lucky count. Some conditions are as follows:
6 deck, H17, standard vegas rules on splitting and doubling. Standard LL payout table
Main bet $5-50 spread on each spot, side bet $1-25 spread on each spot
80% penetration (a little over 1 deck cut off)
Game does not required the side bet to be lower or equal to the main bet, so you can min bet the main and max bet the side.
We can tolerate 10% ROR for the 8 hours we are gonna play, will $3k bankroll be enough?
