The R7 system is one of the easiest to learn and is an excellent Level 1 system. It is unbalanced but it can be true-counted using the following table. This is good for anyone that likes to have a TC to determine units
Decks Played 1 2 3 4 5
TC Running counts
0 -10 -8 -6 -4 -2
1 -5 -4 -3 -2 -1
2 0 0 0 0 0
4 10 8 6 4 2
5 15 12 9 6 3
So a running count of 6 with 3 decks played would be a TC of 4. A RC of -3 with 2 decks played would be a TC of approx. 1.5. The pivot is a RC of 0
