Odds of Dealer Busting

I was wondering if somebody could tell me in a game with the following rules:
6decks, dealer hits Soft 17, what is the probability that the dealer would bust?

Appendix 4 of wizard's website give a number of 24.36%

but in appendix 2b, with the 6 decks, hit s17 dealer rules, the probability is 28.576% of dealer busting.

Is there anybody who could calculate the odds, and why there is difference between the 2 appendices?

Also, is there a way to calculate the probability of the dealer busting on each individual number?
Example: how to calculate the probability of the dealer busting on 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26?
