Say I play on a eTable 6 deck blackjack game which is shuffled after 50% of the cards in the shoe are dealt out. OK, so it is countable.
What I don`t know is how I determine WHEN the cards are shuffled if I am not able to see any graphic or sound representation of it ?

It's difficult to beat a 6 deck game with 70% pen so I say not countable. I've never played one but I have watched them a few times and have a couple of questions. How can you count if you can't see the other players' screens and wouldn't the computer identify a counter? Almost every one of these tables that I observed had poorer rules than regular blackjack tables.

These tables seem to be popular in party pits hence the poor rules.

Well, maybe it is not beatable at a 50% penetration, or better said, it might not be worthy. I am able to see all dealt cards.
But I really want to find out how I am able to determine when exactly a shuffle is made as I dont have any signs about it ?
The computer have very low min bet limits and allow counters! The rules are not that bad. That`s why I want to try it out.

Yeah, that`s the only and biggest problem ! - Is not there a workaround for this thing ?
I asked them, and they told me that the software have a built in algorithm which shuffle the cards after 3 decks was dealt.
They also said me that if I want to see exactly when the cards are shuffled, then I can go to a blackjack with real dealers:)

These games are counter proof. The fact you don't get to see a shuffle is a deliberate mechanism to insure it can't be counted.

Sure, if you don't know when the shuffle happened the best you could do is assume the mean distance from the shuffle - an effective 25% penetration. Way to shallow.

So, should I assume the shuffle takes place at 25% penetration after I enter the table each time ? mmm the rules are OK, 0.14% HE

Did you misplace the decimal point? The best 6 deck games usually have a house edge of 0.28%.

No, the number is correct. I believe it is mainly because player blackjack wins against dealer blackjack which is not that common.
