Optimal counting decisions in a multi-seat game ?

If I play a 6 deck multi-hand (5 seat) blackjack game (with shuffle at 50%) and doing a bet spread of 1 to 10 units:
1) - From what True Count and up (rounded to 1 decimal if possible) it is optimal to place my maximum bet there?
2) - If I can alternate between playing one single hand, and more hands at once, what should I choose and when ?
3) - If can play ~ 70 hands / hour (one hand at a time) what ~ win % / hour should I expect if the H.E. is < 0.5% ?
