Based on what I just read, it seems like utter BS.
I didn't listen to his podcast, but seriously, anybody who claims to have a counting system which will allow you to know what the deck has in store, or who claims that you can anticipate which card is coming up, or that multi decks will benefit the player is probably not credible.
At least not if he's advertising a counting system (since I realized that some of those things can be done through shuffle tracking...)

"With Bi-Count Blackjack you don't double down or split pairs unless it's to your advantage."
Unless I'm missing something, this is also a silly claim, isn't it? When you DD or split, you're always doing so because it increases your EV, right? In the case of DD, your expectation is positive, even when limited to 1 card, so you throw more money down. When splitting, you do so because the EV for 2 hands is greater than the EV for 1 un-split hand. Otherwise, why DD or split? I suppose for splitting hands, it's theoretically possible that your EV is still negative, but it's less bad than just hitting the hand, but even then, "it's to your advantage" to split.
