I'm currently in S.Korea for business and recently walked into a Casino and saw a table game with really good rules, but there are some variations that I would want to confirm with good BJ players on this forum.

6 deck hand shuffled
3:2 BJ
Dealer stays on soft 17
Double any two cards
RSA allowed
DAS allowed
Surrender allowed EXCEPT when a dealer is showing an Ace

*Special rule* Three 7s pays 3:2 and also beats dealer's 21.

What would be the house edge if using Basic strategy? Also, would you still split two 7s according to basic strategy or just take a card?

Does the dealer take a hole card? If not, do you lose only the original bet against a dealer blackjack? Not sure about the strategy variations. I would guess that the only variation would be that you would hit a 7,7 vs a 2 or 3, and play basic strategy otherwise, but I could be wrong about that -- I haven't actually done the math.

The game you described (excluding the special rule) is the Standard BJ rule in many parts of the world (Eastern Europe etc).
I assume that the game is ENHC and the Surrender is Early Surrender (excluding Ace), ie ES10.
Excluding the special rule this game has a HE of 0.26%.

According to the Wizzard website, 777 pays 2 to 1 automatically is worth +0.03%.
So the 3:2 payout will worth something like +0.02% making the game around -0.24%.

Note the ENHC Basic Strategy variations of:
11 v 10 Hit
A,A v A Hit
15 v 10 Surrender
14 v 10 Surrender
8,8 v 10 Surrender
8,8 v A Hit
7,7 v 10 Surrender

I believe the OP is referring to the Seven Luck Casino. The dealer does take a hole card and you can surrender after the dealer checks for blackjack. They also have the same rules at a CSM table.
