From time to time I like to take a look at the Blackjack Survey pages. From what I can see, it hasn't been updated since Feb 2012...
Is there a plan to make more regular updates?

I doubt it, it's a lot of work to keep something like that updated.
If you're interested in better data, buy CBJN from Wong at bj21.com. Although, I have to say, the accuracy of the info on that report is not that great either...
