I know the view's not as good but maybe it's time to get out of that high limit room and onto the main floor so you can do some wonging. Playing all can take its toll.

A little paranoia can be a good thing. There are only 4 tables in the pit where he plays and some of them can be reserved especially on weekends. Even the slightest details are enough to identify someone in that situation. Not a week goes by that I don't hear a floor or pit boss refer to gambling sites pertaining to blackjack. The Wizard's sites are the most mentioned with BlackjackInfo next, even though its forum is closed. I've even seen WOV and WOO on screens in the pit.

Yes, for a $10 base bet. It's 1% to 2% of the total amount wagered. For your casino 1% would be good.

So, base bet of $100 assuming 250 hands per hour would be $250/hour?
Now if you were playing at a place that had a Vegas property, you might want to sweat a little, but it's unlikely that Revel is going to share proprietary information with a rival casino that would affect anything going on in Vegas. The worst that would happen is your name appears on a list with maybe a picture.

No, that would be flat betting which will net you nothing. You need at least a 1-16 spread and a solid count. The 250 hands per hour while not impossible seems high to me. If you could get $25,000 per hour on the table with that spread and a good solid count, then yes to the $250 per hour.
