This isn't my big win (but I did come up $45k this trip).

I was casino hopping from MGM, Aria, and Bellagio playing DD Blackjack high limit and was having a good run betting from $1000-5000 a hand (sometimes playing two hands) and this is where the story starts...

I was over at Bellagio. Sat down and grabbed 10k marker and started off playing two hands at $1000 each. I still remember the first round because it started off real nice. First base, got a Face + 5 for a hard 15. Second hand got a 8 + 5 for a 13. Dealer was showing a King. Hit on the 15 and got a 6! Yay! Lo and behold hit the 13 and guess what card came? Yup, an 8. Dealer flips his hand and has a Jack under. Letting me win with 21 :) I'm a light counter, but something in my gut told me this was my shoe. Started ramping up my bets and I just couldn't lose. TC never went over +2, yet the dealer was either busting or I was making some good hands. That one session I came up 20K, paid back the marker and just started walking around watching the whales play.

I saw two Asian ladies sitting over at the high limit Bac table and it was getting pretty loud so I went over to see what was going on. I looked up and saw Banker 6 in a row, and these two ladies were betting $20K on banker. I looked over at their stack and it was roughly $300K each. I was like wow I'm on fire, let's see if it works here. I put down $10K on banker with the two ladies putting $20K each, and BAM banker with a 4 + 4 for a natural 8. Decided to let that bet ride... and now I have $20K on banker (most I bet on one hand in my entire gambling career). Player - Monkey + Monkey. Banker - Monkey + Monkey. Player takes a card. Ace. Banker takes a card. 6. WOW! Couldn't believe it, I was up roughly $40K just from one shoe of Blackjack and 2 hands of Bac.

This is where it gets fun. After 8 Bankers, me + the 2 ladies pulled back our bets and was hesitant to bet on Banker again. After about a minute of no one making a move, I tossed in $5k on banker. Right as I did that, an old Asian man tosses in $100K on player. I quickly glanced over at him and he had a little over $1M in chips. The max bet was way below $100K, but the supervisor wasn't saying anything so I guess the casino was letting this man play $100K a hand. I been to many Casinos in and outside of the U.S. and understand that many Asian Bac players are superstitious so I immediately pulled back my "mere" $5K bet and the old man gave me a quick wink. You guys probably will know what happened after that. Player wins. PPBPBBB. And this man was getting every single one of it. In the 10minutes I watched him play, he literally made $1M and I stood there with my jaw dropped and wishing I followed his every move with $20K bets.

Anyways, that was a huge win for him, the ladies, and I also did really well in my 3day trip to Vegas. Whale watching is probably the most exciting thing in Vegas (even more then all the shows). I'm not a Bac player, but there is something about watching these big whales play Bac that is entertaining and exciting.

Pure luck, he couldn't know it would switch to
player. It just as often goes the other way and
they lose their asses. But people only remember
the winners.

Oh definitely pure luck. The reason I don't play Bac frequently is because it's basically a head/tail game, but when you are watching someone play 100k a hand and winning like 10 in a row, it's definitely fun to watch.

Thank you! The bad side is, I've also lost $75K in one night at Macau before haha. I've been playing for about 15 years, but it's only about 8 years ago I started counting (lightly). Not really advantage play since I don't spread big, but I've been having far less ups and downs.
