We played out our slot play, and I split off to the 3 Card Poker. I bought into a $10 game with $200, and was betting $10. I was up/down/up/down, and getting more up, but was dealt K-8-3 mixed, and I said to myself, "Crap. If this hand wins, I'll put the $10 on the Pairs Plus next to me." I never play 2 hands, let alone the extra PP. Whatever, though. Dealer turned: K-3-2. So, I'm playing two! The next hand, my main hand, the playing one, was A-A-8, and I didn't look at the other one; "Looking at it won't change it," I said, "just flip 'em when the time comes. No slow roll, just turn 'em over."
So he flipped 6-6-6!
Nice payout for a whimsical play. The guy next to me was pretty disgusted, though, and he colored up and left a couple hands later.
About 45 minutes later I hit the same hand, 6-6-6. I quit the game after about 2 hours, coloring out two purples, which is pretty damn good for $10 3CP with a 6/3/1 PP.
