I have a similar method to this so keep that in mind please. I have only played this live 5 times but have tested it quite a lot, great results. I'll be giving examples from a 0 wheel but I play on the 00 wheel. This is flat betting, TWO numbers side by side on the wheel. 20 misses and we take the loss, start over.
If we get a win after 17 misses, we break even.
A win after 18 misses, its -2 units.
A win after 19 misses, its -4 units.
20 misses, its -40 units (sucks).
We will NOT be betting on the largest unhit GAP during our session. During 'X' number of spins, there usually (not always) is a gap unhit, so WHY bet in that gap? We will also be betting every other spin, so its 39 total spins. There are rules to this as you see so ASK me questions, I don't mind. How to start?
We need two numbers with at least a two number gap. Lets say the 15 hit, co. (co=cross off)
Next number hit is 34, co. What is our largest unhit gap to this point? The 6-32 (clockwise). We now pick ANY 2 numbers side by side unhit from the 19-17. This is where the 'random' part kicks in, I do admit. I'll take the 2/25 as my bet.
Next hit is the 3, co. NOTE: you can bet on the 2 or 25 again (as long as its not hit) but spread those bets out if possible.
Next, is a SKIP, do NOT bet. A 12 hit, co the 12 AND the 35. The 35 can not be paired up with anything!
Its our turn to bet again. What is the largest unhit gap? Its the 6-28, so do NOT bet in that gap. I'll take the 26/0.
I bet that 26/0 but a 1 hit, co.
Skip the next spin but don't forget to cross off. A 14 hit so co the 14 AND the 20.
Time to bet. Our largest unhit gap is the 6-33 so NO betting there. I'll take the 4/21.
A 35 hit, its already crossed off. Skip the next spin, a 30 hit, co.
Our new largest unhit gap is the 31-28, no betting in there, for now.
I'll take the 24/16 as my bet. A 36 hit, co.
Skip next spin, a 0 hit, co the 0 and the 26.
Next bet, I'll take the 8/23. A 29 hit, co. Skip next spin, a 34 hit, its already crossed off.
Our new largest gap is the 8-33, no betting there please. I'll bet the 7/28.
The 28 hits, we win, start over. When starting over, use no past spins.
Lets say when starting, it looks like this....10, 5, 10. We still can't start. The next number is a 30. Even though the gap is only the 8/23, that's our starting point.
RULE: Ties? Lets say our largest unhit gap is a tie, 6 numbers and 6 numbers. Pick one of those (for now) no betting in it but trust me, that'll usually change fast. Near the very end (if no win yet) you could have THREE sections of two numbers left unhit. Again, as goofy as it might sound, pick one of those for no betting.
Lets say it gets down to two sections of two numbers not hit. Yes, you still do your skipping BUT alternate between those two in terms of betting. Situations like that are rare and very near the end anyways, you would already have around 18 losses. The point of this method?
A section can be COLD but not cold forever. During that short period of being cold, I choose not to bet in it. I think it makes sense but I'm sure I'll hear the usual BS from the usual suspects.

Notes of items I might of forgotten: Your unit size. Make sure it meets the min. requirement at your table (please no RNG). Make sure your unit size is worth your valuable TIME! Myself, I do $40 per number and I still stick to my rule. If I get to around a net of $300-$550, out the door.
Even though this is flat betting, you might want to 'up as you win' or decrease a unit on a loss. Lets say you started out at $7 per number. If you get a win anywhere 1-19, perhaps that next session would be $8 per number, just a thought.
