tell me your favorite betting system! is it the oscars grind? is it the Murtin Gale? is it the labby w/ complex strings? tell me your system someone said on blackjackinfo that the oscars grind is the safest betting system boy was he wrong! damn thing has a bust out rate every 2hour if your lucky!
a positive 1,2,3.... seems safe but still doesnt have the win power and the fibbo is too reckless too much aggressive.
so i combine my two friends cancellation method coupled with the Murtin Gale. caping it at level 4
has performed really well with a 1 out 4 chance of busting out or double your roll double your fun!
if anyone can examine that program from 1986 test it out on the archive site be great but seems legit on the shuffle of the cards 8 decker and yes it does have that 5% commish everyone luvs

When I joined this forum, it was NOT a baccarat and betting systems forum, or as I like to call it "voodoo" forum, that it has now become. It was in fact a legitimate gambling forum run by a highly regarded gambling math expert. I barely recognize the forum any longer and that is why my participation is infrequent. But I still reserve the right to respond to something that interests me.
I am guessing there is another handle that you are better known by. lol.

When I'm playing recreational slots, I flat bet 1 unit.
If I feel I'm not losing fast enough, I adjust the value of the unit.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Flat betting. In craps, straight pass line and 3/4/5 odds, although on a $15 table, usually I'll limit odds to 30/40/50. Maybe one of these years I'll bump it up to a two-point Molly, especially if they start allowing real (as opposed to card) craps in California (it's one of the things on the ballot this November), although the nearest casino is a 5-gallons-of-gas round trip away.

My biggest win on Bubble Craps was using the 3 Point Molly and Hot Shooters were a thing.
Considering how cold the machine has gotten in normal play, I'll probably do a 2 Point Molly.
As I pull ahead, I'll increase odds from 1X to 2X, then increase my line bets with 2X odds.

first, of course I'm not claiming it's a winning system
just that it's fun for me for recreational betting
best of course with low HA games such as bacc or pass or don't pass at craps or place the 6 or 8 at craps
okay, it's a modified paroli system - my 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 system
now, the bummer with parlay or reverse marty systems is that if you lose the 2nd bet after your first win you're negative for that series
depending on how aggressive it is you might even be down after 2 wins in a row when losing your 3rd bet
so here's my progression:
2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6_______________etc.______________you continue betting up after your 2nd win until a loss - you bet down 1 unit after your first win
the nice thing about it - 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧
no matter where or when the first loss comes - after your first win in the series - this series will be a winner__________of course, you're hoping to catch a long streak

I break my blackjack sessions into innings. I use a kind of Oscars Grind to win or tie each inning and generally play seven to ten innings before taking a break.
I absolutely understand it does nothing for changing the house edge and breaks don't matter but I feel better after taking a break. I'm not as sharp after ninety minutes as I was after ten so the breaks are positive EV for me. It's just a habit I got into rather than a system. I do believe it helped me play longer and undetected than most styles.

My favorite betting system (and it changes nothing with the HE etc...) for enjoyment is well I don't know the name, I have been messing around with it the last few times in casinos, but its the reverse of the Martingale essentially. If you bet on an even money payout bet (well you can really do it with any bet, but this keeps it easier), and win, keep the money there, win again keep the money there (and put your winnings there), until you lose or you hit your goal. The good thing is even after a big loss you are only down one unit from your initial bankroll, and with a few wins in a row you can have a good run and either cash out or start over (you have to decide what your win limit is before starting back at 1 unit).
For example if you are betting 50 on red on roulette, bet 50, win, bet 100, win bet 200, win bet 400, win bet 800 etc, and you are only risking your initial 50 each bet up until either you lose or hit your goal and reset (or if a zero hits first after a few wins -in the roulette example- you only lose half, so its still mostly profit, and then you can start over with some winnings, so a zero hitting over black, especially after a few wins is actually good because it forces you to reset with a profit). This also works with Baccarat and blackjack, but the downside of BJ, is you need to be willing to risk the money to potentially double or split multiple times if you reach a high enough win rate (which if you are not willing to do you may as well just play Baccarat or roulette since playing BJ without doubling or splitting essentially makes the HE worse than baccarat or even roulette depending on the rules).
Again, this is not a winning strategy, you will still lose, but I find it enjoyable in some games, as it feel like a couple streaks can add up. Even with a base bet of 25-100, it only takes a few compounding wins in a row to make it feel like you are winning serious money, and you are never risking more than your base unit out of your bankroll (so when you lose as you eventually will, it does not sting that much). And, I don't know the inside information on this, but it may have the added benefit in some places of making it look like you are betting more than you really are in some cases if the floor happens to walk by after a few compounding wins to look at your bet (of course this is down to sheer luck of when they happen to check your table for sizing, but there is an off chance that it can influence comps if it plays out right).

Thank you Gandler; I use this on the pass line units of $35 with $5 craps check to limit variance. Throw in the right dice sets and it is a winning system. Too bad there are other players at the table!! Alternate system $30 line bet and $2 ace/deuce.

No sir, I am not claiming that it is a winning system, the question was asked which betting system do you enjoy (and I enjoy whatever the name of that system could be, "inverse martingale" perhaps?).
And, I find it genuinely fun (most of the other systems just feel grindy), but this is enjoyable (to me) for the reasons I mentioned above, because with a few consecutive wins it can get your adrenaline pumping and you decide if you want to keep pushing it or take your winnings so it adds another level of stress/excitement. If you try it, only try it for fun, not to win, in fact expect to lose.
