For a positive progressive betting BJ tactic (like up and pull or 1-2-3-5-1, or any for that matter), how do folks handle the following:

1) surrenders- count as a LOSS and start sequence over?
2) shoe changes- continue progressive betting from previous shoe or start over?

The answers to your questions require a higher form of intelligence than what is found on this site. I would go visit the John Patrick website as he is the master of up and pull.

Thx for reply. My questions didn't pertain to a specific betting system, they are in general.

Surrender: Drop down a couple levels. No need to go all the way back to the beginning unless you want to.

New shoe: Continue. Doing anything else may make them think you're counting. Of course, if you ARE counting, that's a different story.
