I work at a casino and someone asked me if I had ever seen a MB shoe without a single tie in it. After thinking about it, in 10 years working and more playing I can't recall ever seeing one. I also combed through part at the wizard of odds site with the 10,000 shoes of MB and didn't see any in there? Not that I would bankroll and try it but is the a progressive bet that would not exceed any normal table limits? I don't know how to quickly figure out how much a roughly 80 bet progressive would be at an 8 to 1 payout lol. Has anyone seen such a shoe?

The Wizard's site only shows 1000 shoes of baccarat with 6 decks, and 1000 shoes with 8 decks.
The 6 deck game has 0 ties in Shoe #312.

The 8-deck game is tie-free, but it's not terribly surprising since it's only 1000 shoes.
If the average shoe is 82 hands in an 8-deck game, the chances of a zero tie shoe is approximately 1 in 3639. So it's not that unlikely that a series of 1000 shoes has no ties. There were several shoes that only had 1 tie in the 1000-shoe simulation with 8 decks. Play/deal baccarat long enough and you'll definitely see a tie-less shoe. My guess is you have already seen one, but since you weren't focused on the tie bet, you don't recall seeing one.

For future readers.
Only one time can I remember going close to the end of an 8 deck shoe without a tie.
ALL the players were betting big for one and one came.
I found some old sim data files.
