I understand a betting progression in American Roulette doesn't beat the inherent 5.26% house edge. Another way of saying this is that the average loss more wipes out the average gain.
Most casinos I've been to have bet limits of 1 - 25 units for straight up numbers. For example, the minium bet is $1 and the max bet is $25. However, I've noticed some casino that are offerring 1 to 100 or 1 to 200 min/max or bet spreads.
I am curious to see how long one could last on a 10,000 unit bankroll based on bet spreads of 1 - 25, 1 - 50, 1 - 100, 1 - 200, 1 - 400, and 1 - 800. I image that it takes a long time to bust out with the bigger bet spreads, respectively.
Any simulation is appreciated. Thanks.

I dunno. The more you can bet, the more you can lose.
The best bet spread for the player is 1-1. Those thousand units will last a long time.

There was a good study done by Michael Bluejay -- https://easy.vegas/gambling/martingale-betting-system
I was curious if anyone else knew a better study.
