3 casinos:

my Madagascar thread seemed too cluttered with map and casinos in 1 post.
Going to break it up

Spacious casino but All old games plus 3 'single 0' e-Roulette machines.
It has a couple of banks of vp progressives:

No idea about this vp or the rtp. (Anyone care to calc?)
$1 USD = 46 rupees
The other bank said 'Tens or better' for the lowest win line with a different pay table but 2pair still paid the same as 1 pair.
Oh, the machines are really old school in that it pays out in coins on every win.
There's a currency exchange place diagonally across the street. (Didn't try since i didn't like the games)
From the Waterfront, you HAVE TO take the nearby Underpass to cross the multi-lane street. Barriers prevent you from crossing above ground:

After coming up on the other side, there's another currency exchange place:

So use the one with the best rates. (Did not use. See below)
This casino is Cramped and has about 100 machines with around 20 modern.
No pic of casino because I planned on coming back after getting $ from ATM thus take the pic later.
But there were long lines at 3 different ATM's i went to. (My bank re-imburses me for some ATM fees)
So gave up for the time being and went to the 3rd casino, thinking i'll find an ATM along the way or an ATM will be empty when i come back here.
NOPE

Spacious casino but I didn't recognize any of the slots here.
There are about 8 e-Roulette machines and 6 table games: 2 bj, 2 craps (no signage so don't know the odds), 2 sic bo
With sic bo, i'm going to assume this casino has a large number of Asian gamblers.
Tables were not open.

Looks like a Double Bonus variant. 95% base, 128% with the progressives.
Atypical strategy required. Best of luck!
If you will notice in that picture of the machine screen, just under the Queen it says RESTART. That wouldn't be unusual if it also said CLOSURE/DOOR OPEN/CLOSED. If they turn off the power to the machines from a main switch at night, this might account for the solo RESTART notification as well. Side note: No one has played that machine since the restart or that notification would disappear.Quote: 100xOddsPort Louis casino (aka Caudan waterfront casino):

Why did I notice, and why does any of this matter?
There is a good chance that the machine has reset itself without anyone going into the machine (that is rare). If this is happening, there's a significant chance the machine is glitching and it's highly exploitable/advantageous.
I can give you further details if you wish, however, since this is a foreign country, I would be very cautious as their laws regarding taking advantage of a machine glitch might favor the casino.

You know, I made an assumption that the two top prizes (progressives) were in the same denomination as the rest of the game. That is wrong, if the rest of the game plays in 10 or 20 rupees per coin.
Edit: Re-run for Rs10/coin, it looks like 95.9%.
