What few casinos Spain has are slots only. I have been to the one in Barcelona, which was very nice, with table games. However, it had the same kind of sterile atmosphere of any casino in a non-competitive environment.

Yes, a passport is required to get in. I think this is generally the case in all of European casinos. If you don't have one, they will be quick to show you the door.

1) Black & red mini casino

Mini indeed! Only like 7 multi game machines, None of which I've seen before.
The size is maybe 150 square feet + cashier cage. (12' x 12')

It's a chain with one every few blocks.
Looks primarily a sports book with a few slots thrown in.

Casino Las Palmas

Dozens of slots, 8 of which I recognize (Multi game) + six $300 'multiWin' must hits.
Picked clean except magic Nile $9 bet level. Not set to speed stop. :(
Cost $500 to get 1st gem. Lost $700 (80x bet) overall starting with 5gems.
Machine Set to 85%?

Wifi password: LPACasino_Ago24
(Their scan qr code for wifi password didn't work)

Edit:
What a scam!

No cashier cage and their ticket redemption machine doesn't give change.
So $5 is the minimum bill.
You have to play to $5 or $0.
-ev!!
(And I lost the $ and left the few remaining pennies in the machine)

2) Winnit

Small casino, about a dozen slots and none from the US.

It had the slot that I played in the Baltics (Book of Ra XL).
It's basically Dragon Link with expanding reels in the main game:

Except over here the largest bill it'll accept is a 20.
So you need to insert lots of 20s If you're playing the max bet of 6 Euro.

You need 2 Major coins to get the Major.
(I was confused at first at why I didn't get the big money)

When you're ready to cash out the money comes directly from the slot machine, rounded down to the nearest 0.20.
(Smallest bet is .20)
This is different than the Baltics where it printed out a ticket

Update (11/2025)

Receptionist will convert a ticket under 5 euro for coins but she didn't look happy doing it.
She had to goto the back room to get the coins.
And unlike last time, this receptionist spoke very little English. Google Translate FTW!

Player's card redemptions:

But table games only. (And i'm assuming e-Roulette too)
I pointed out to the receptionist that the slot machines can accept the players card but she reiterated tables only.

Rules after 5pm, including 5 Euro entrance fee

I was there in the morning and no fee
