Machine room
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Game room
Monday to Sunday: 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

What is machine room?
I was there at 1pm. Doors didn't open and looked empty inside.
Unfortunately I leave at 5pm

Need passport for registration.

Small casino with like 30slots and 6 tables including an e-UTH table. (Didn't see Trips payout)
Craps is paradise (Pair of dice). Lets hear it for the SpeedCount Mathletes :)

What few casinos Spain has are slots only. I have been to the one in Barcelona, which was very nice, with table games. However, it had the same kind of sterile atmosphere of any casino in a non-competitive environment.

Yes, a passport is required to get in. I think this is generally the case in all of European casinos. If you don't have one, they will be quick to show you the door.
