How is horse racing not a sport?
Horse race wagering is governed by a separate part of federal law written for that specific purpose (The Interstate Horseracing Act of 1978, as amended: 15 USC Ch. 57: INTERSTATE HORSERACING ) and is explicitly excluded from the federal statutes about other forms of sports betting.Quote: gamerfreakHow is horse racing not a sport?
