Power play as the end of July nears, with the 5 year compact expiring between State of Florida and Seminole Tribe. "Blackjack" in the title means all card games (they offer UTH, PGP, 3CP, a dozen others). Should they not reach an agreement, the Tribe has 90 days to close it all down.
Should be interesting.

If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I would be shocked if they actually stopped the games. Either they will come to an agreement near the 90 day deadline or they will just continue to run them.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I don't want to derail this thread, but I have a related question. There is an old thread around here about SC casino boats, where discussion moved to the FL boats. BBB mentioned that Victory Casino Cruises had started operating out of Jacksonville in addition to Port Canaveral.
I asked whether they have different chips but didn't get an answer. Has anyone been on the boat out of Jacksonville yet to know the answer? I'll be passing by that area in August and likely will go out on that boat if I could add a new chip to my collection.

I haven't been on the JAX ship, but if you don't get an answer from someone here who knows, I can make an inquiry. Or you can probably find out by calling the JAZ reservation line; they have live people answering the calls and someone will know.
