100% loss rebate at Agua Caliente

I can't play this, but it is unusual to see 100% loss rebates with only one return trip required in the Southern California market. Of course, they gave me less than 12 hours notice and I can't drop what I am doing and drive two hours east. The Spotlight 29 used to do this but would dribble out the free play 1/3 at a time.

For table games, I'm sort of wondering about how the rating would work, as it would be based on how the pit boss enters you in. Otherwise you could buy in for $500, rathole a few chips, and "lose" $500 in a session while keeping $100 or so in one's pocket after an hour or two of play. Silver Sevens does this with a 7% rebate but that is over a longer period of time.
