Remember the Pinnacle debacle of 09'? They imploded a perfectly good building and lost money on the deal ever since.
They can't even build a new Casino in the town, good luck finding a spot in NJ that would have any luck.

The Meadowlands has been trying for awhile to put in a casino.
Very close to Manhattan it would get some business especially with live sporting events held there
